2011, and internship at CCP!

Happy new years all!!! Hope everyone went somewhere over the holidays and enjoyed themselves. I'm just about to get off the 7-week long winter break from SCAD this Wednesday. Sadly, I did stay in Atlanta the entire time, seeing as I'm still a relatively poor student and a round trip flight to the fam in Taiwan costs $3000 upwards (I'm probably happier here anyways). But Christmas wasn't entirely devoid of action, and we did toss a small party for all us poor foreign kids who stuck around. Then, thankfully, by new year's everyone was back in town, and me and my boyfriend Domo went to see Cirque du Soleil's "Ovo" show at Atlantic station, before dinner and some party hopping. ^_^

So now for a work update! I've been mostly working on my Deadpool Family pages and several personal projects, which means there's nothing that I can post on the internet as of now, but here are a few new commishes that will have to suffice.


I'm also happy to announce that I'll be interning at CCP Studios, starting on January 7th!! The opportunity was thanks to a professor, and I'm totally hyped. I should be doing mostly concept art and storyboarding, and hopefully when my 3D skills get better I will move to modeling as well. If you don't know about CCP, they created EVE Online, DUST, and are currently working on their new game World of Darkness. Check out their website at the link above!
